I have Autodesk Design Review, but not real happy with the printing. Can't crop print like in Irfran View. Also needs to be free:)
I used to use Volvo View, but it stopped working.

Try TrueView from Autodesk. Its free, will convert dwgs to older formats and I believe view and print dwf's.

I have TrueView 2012, but it only opens dwg files. I use Design Review for sending to the plotter, otherwise it's all pdf's here.
