Is there a way to strike out a paragraph in Word 2010 so that it still exists in the document, but does not print? Thanks!

Yes.

You want the "hidden" style. It should be located in the same place that allows you to strike, superscript, subscript, underline, bold, etc.

It sounds like Larry's got you covered.

You might also want to look into the "track changes" feature if that suits your particular needs (if you aren't already familiar with it). Your changes and deletions can be tracked so that you can show (or print) the changes or just print the final changed document. (you can also "accept changes" for some of the ones that are corrections that you no longer want to have tracked)

Change the ink color for that portion to white.

The problem with both Larry's and Dave's suggestion may be that you can't see what you've struck out, very easily.

Another solution is to turn on "Track Changes", (It's in "tools", "track changes").
Then turn on "view", "Markup", while you're looking at the document.

When you're ready to print, just turn off "view markup".

I use MS 2010 and on my Home Screen is what I call the font box. Click on the lower right hand corner of it and up will come a Font Window where you can choose single or double strikethrough among other things. You need to select the test first by holding down the left mouse button (in my case) and dragging it over the text I want to strikethrough.
If you don't see the font box on your home screen then click on the arrow in the upper right hand corner for it to appear.
