Moving back of curb line or creating parallel poly line for offset(Survce)

Hello,

Using Survce.?ÿ

I'm trying to figure out how to move the back of curb line 4 feet for an offset.?ÿ I know how to stake offset, but I want to move the line instead so I can just walk to the line rather than going through all the offset points one by one.?ÿ

Or is there a way to create a new 2d poly line that runs parallel to the back of the curb poly line 4 feet away(which might be better so I still have original curb location alongside.?ÿ
