Depends. You're probably going to have to work with your vendor. If you're out of the window for support, they might not help without the new contract and or cash.

Good luck.

Not sure about the TSC2. However, my dealer told me that if I paid the money to bring my TSC3 Access (2017 version) license current (something like $1200 to $1300), I could then transfer the license for "free".

Ben nailed it.?ÿ This is what you'll need to do.?ÿ In many instances it's simply easier and quicker and more efficient to get a new license for you new unit.?ÿ We recently looked into this as well and decided to go the full new license route.

If you purchase a new or used collector from a vendor they should be able to transfer the license but with a new software warranty which will be $1200 or so when a new license is $2500 or so.
