Good afternoon,

I have installed Leica Infinity in my computer but it doesn't let me import dbx. I can import any other thing, but dbx. My coworker can do it installing same version, same proccess. Does anyone any idea why this could be?

Thanks in advance.

@jullieta

I do not know Leica, so this is a bit of a guess, but...

Sometimes the database connection and import support is done via external libraries (eg microsoft jet database engine.) Some of these may come as part of windows. Your colleague's computer has this external support installed and your's does not.

Or it is a subtly different version of windows or possibly microsoft office.

Check the documentation - somewhere there should be a list of necessary prerequistites. Something in that list should give you a hint of what to look for

@jimcox Hi, thanks for the answer. I don't think is something like that. My company use a particular platform for safety reasons, so my computer installations are exactly the same that my coworker, as the platform and software are through this platform. I can not use office in my personal computer with my company user for example, I just can use in my work computer under the company control.
