LGO 8.4 is the last version and we have a floating license. We also have a Spider license for several sites. We were using CLM 1.5 and all was working fine until yesterday when I tried to use LGO. I opened CLM and the LGO licenses were there but when trying to run LGO, I get
"unable to establish product type. invalid or corrupted configuration file"
I updated CLM to 1.6 and Spider works fine but LGO still give me same error message. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get LGO back up and running?
thanks,
Hamilton

Hamilton,
If you are using Win 10, you may want to look at the replies to my post on Win 10 broke my LGO. The info in the replies fixed my problem.

thanks Ed. I deleted the stuff in the register and reloaded LGO. LGO found the license and would work but only locally and not on our data files on the network. I recall having this problem before but do not remember how I resolved same. Do you know of a way to register projects that are 'grayed out' and that exist on the network?
thanks,
Hamilton

No, I do not have a network license. All my projects are on one computer and were there when I did the reloaded LGO. Sorry I can not help you.
