How any company can justify paying BIG $$$ for software/equipment, and not paying small $ for some training!

In some cases would be more like telling someone that had only driven an automatic compact to drive a standard shift 18 wheeler. Almost a given that there will be an accident. The only question is how much damage it will cause.
