This point conversion was provided by a long suffering victim of that "severe mental disorder known as Modern Liberalism". A big part of the difference that I see between modern liberals and conservatives is that modern conservatives (in my opinion) tend to be quick to judge and have no compunction about calling people inflamitory names in an attempt to foister their opinion on others; whereas, modern liberals (once again in my opinion) tend to be more charitable in their view of others and are willing to engage in actual dialog. I don't consider that you or anyone else have an aberrant mentality simply because we find ourselves at opposite ends of the Liberal/Conservative spectrum. Momma always said "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything." Daddy always said "Better to stay silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt."

I have LDD. I opened the file in LDD and checked the points to the project and then exported them to an ascii file. I'll look into how to do it without LDD, but I'm not sure that it can be done without it.

That was sweet Randy...good job.
Moral of story...
Never put numbers that you may (or may not not) understand, into a program, that youy may (or may not) understand.

You're welcome
Sorry if I offended you. That's carry-over attitude from the political forum on the "other" board, where the "modern liberals" aren't so charitable with their judgements and views of their political opponents and who often post some really vile nonsense. I have helped a couple of them out too though, despite their apparent mental disorders and nastyness.;-)
Thanks again. I really do appreciate the assistance.

I've had good luck having Carlson Survey 2008 convert LDD points to Carlson points. It's one of the menu choices. If I recall correctly, after you do it then you have to update the CRD then you can export to a file. All the conversion routine does is convert the LDD objects to Carlson point blocks.
