Good morning. I am in need of some help in converting a .TRB file type, ( I think Traverse PC Software), to a format that is compatible with Carlson Survey/2009 with embedded AutoCad. Is this even a possibility? Thanks in advance for any help that may be available.
There may be another answer but I had to have the Traverse PC files exported to a "DWG" format by the actual software. It didn't do a very good job with many of the drawing entities either. Maybe a free evaluation version? Maybe a user on this site? Good luck.
Thank you. That's a good idea. I will try that route.
Can you make a copy of the file, then on the copy change the extension to .txt?
If it can be read as a text file you should have no problem importing it
Thanks for the reply, but no cigar. It's looking like it will have to be converted from Traverse PC Software. I am trying to find a end user to try and convert. Thanks again for the help, and have a great weekend.

Steve,
Sorry I can't be of help with your conversion problem...
:'(
But allow a slight hijack of your post...
I'm still looking for a mint condition, new style, Wild T-16 to trade to you for that old, worn out, Wild T-0!
