Exporting points to a Trimble CU using TDS

I'm wondering if anyone has any advice. Forever I have been using TDS software to upload a .asc file to my Trimble CU which appears as a .job file in the collector. I believe TDS is now obsolete. We have since upgraded to Win 10.?ÿ I also had to use the hardware lock to export data. My hardware lock stopped working and I need to find another way to easily export data. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.
