Using Civil 3d...
What folder is the default location for point file formats such as comma delimited PNEZD, space delimited PNEZD, etc?
I'm specifically looking for the actual template file storage location.

They are in the template. Check the stock "NCS imperial..." Template.
Specifically, what problem are you trying to solve?
Or, are you trying to find the default template location?
