Has anyone seen this one before??ÿ The values on the screen are different than in the edit points and therefor different when I export.?ÿ The Grid values are okay but the local values are not.?ÿ I scheduled an appointment with Auto-desk but was wondering if you guys have seen this before.

Have a great day!

Auto cad is supposed to be calling at 4:30 so I will update you.?ÿ It happened to every file on that computer, I would think it has to be a system variable.?ÿ?ÿ

Do you have it scaled to work in NAD 83 but label in NAD27?

I don't believe so.?ÿ Everything was fine.?ÿ I had exported points 20 minutes before and all was good.?ÿ That is one of the reasons I am thinking system variable.?ÿ My osnapz variable changes a few times a day and the filedia variable a couple times a month.

It should show up in the transformation settings tab. You won't be the only one that has had issues with 2018 and coordinate set-up getting wonky. As far as I've been able to find out it is a 2018 issue.

I have had similar issue before with the coordinate systems changing.?ÿ ?ÿUNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! I am extremely embarrassed to say that the cell was just collapsed and not showing all the coordinates!?ÿ I guess I over looked the simple answer!

? ??ÿ ??ÿ ??ÿ ??ÿ

Thanks for all the help!?ÿ I am leaving the office and heading to the bar 🙂

A little tip on screen captures.?ÿ If you want to capture only the current window, press Alt+PrntScreen.?ÿ If you need to capture the entire desktop simply PrntScreen.?ÿ If you then open Paint and paste, you can trim off anything you don't want to show.?ÿ Then save as .PNG format for a clean image file ready to attach to posts or include in emails, etc.

@twdotson If you're using Windows, you can use the snipping tool under windows accessories to get exactly what you want without involving paint.?ÿ I believe it existed back to at least Win7 and as a bonus, I believe the default file type is .PNG.

The snipping tool is really cool. A hint one of my guys showed me is to bring up the program list screen, type sn and the snipping tool slide appears so there is no need to navigate the menus.

Snipping tool is all I use and have for a few years now. I've got the program pinned to the start bar so it's easy to get to when I need it.
