I downloaded Carlson 2020 for a trial...It seems no way to attach an image by picking up georeference points? Thanks.
Remember that the trial version of Carlson has limited functions and the fully loaded version will do it all.

I believe under the draw tab at the top there??s a draw raster image command. To bring in something that??s geo-referenced, like a flood plain map, type in the command ??geotiff?
Under the draw tab are:
Drawing Block
Write Block
Insert, another tab to select Block or File
Raster Image
Place Image by World File
Thank you both! It seems command ALIGN can also reference points for imagess without world files.
Depending on your needs, the Place Google Earth Image command found in the GIS module might also get you what you need.
There is also the the ESRI ArcGIS Services command which will do something similar.
Use these commands when you don't already have images.
I hope this information helps.
