I have a 2d pline that I was working on, editing it some, trimming, adding lines, and then suddenly it became a "ghost line".?ÿ It is still there, on it's own layer, but the "old" line is uneditable. It's unpickable, but it's still visible.
I had this happen once before but I don't recall how I fixed it.?ÿ?ÿ
I have exited the drawing and program and then restarted, same thing.?ÿ I have saved the dwg as a separate dwg and then tried to explode the whole dwg.?ÿ Everything but that one line explodes.
The lines that I created still exist , separately from the visible 'ghost line'.?ÿ ?ÿThe line has a 0.3 width and I want to trim one more piece of it and add three?ÿ lines to it.
I am tempted to just draw a new line over it and use that one, but this hae me perplexed.
There aren't any frozen layers.

Thank you,
Don
I don't use Carlson Intellicad so I'm no help.
In AutoCAD, I'd run an audit and purge the drawing. Then maybe try deleting ALL, then remove what I want to keep and see what happens. If nothing else, WBLOCK everything out and INSERT in a blank drawing and EXPLODE.
Maybe delete that layer and all entities on that layer?
Or I like the purge idea too.
or, make the ghost line the only visible line by isolating that layer then erase and type ALL?
Is it a locked layer?
?ÿ
1) Not?ÿ a locked layer
2) Ran an audit, then purged, no change.?ÿ exited the dwg and the program, re-opened, no change.?ÿ audited again, purge again, and again, no?ÿ change
3)Finally created a new layer, traced the line with 2DP, and then erased the layed and all attachments.
I've moved on without identifying the problem, I just erased the problem.

Thanks
