I try to save a file and it keeps giving me an "Out of Memory" error. If i try to save again it crashes. The file is only 195kb.
Any suggestions on what is going on or how to fix?

I tried that but that locks it up.
Tried importing into new drawing.
Tried exploding.
They all will crash the drawing.
I have done an audit but that doesn't seem to help.

Perhaps you might try using Edit -- Clipboard -- Copy:
>Command: _copyclip
>FILter/: all
Open a new drawing and use Edit -- Clipboard -- Paste to Original Coordinates:
>Command: _pasteorig
See if a Save/SaveAs command will save this drawing.
