How do I get the menu ribbon back? I'm not even sure if that's what it's called. It's like a super toolbar.

Try to right click up there where it is supposed to be, see if there is a button there to turn the ribbon on

Well, dang, I was hoping to help. I looked around my 2014, and I dont see anything obvious, hopefully someone will be able to help soon.
