Can't receive files via Bluetooth on Spectra Ranger 3

I'm able to connect my phone and other data collectors to the Ranger 3 and I can also send files via Bluetooth to these devices from the Ranger 3. I'm not able to send files to the Ranger 3 from these other devices though, always says "file transfer failed". Anyone ever have this issue?
