Just like last year, I got an email inviting me to renew my AutoCAD subscription online. And just like last year, when I click on the renewal link I get the following:

Entering my renewal number on the page produces the same result.
Last year I had several exchanges with Autodesk customer service personnel trying to figure out the problem, but they finally gave up.
Has anyone here successfully renewed online?

Never had any luck with it either, but it took me less than 15 minutes to switch all of our seats over to Carlson. Problems solved. ;o)

I haven't renewed Autocad since 2008. It would cost me 5K today, so that's that.
