I've got some floodplain info from the local city goverment (xml files with their corresponding shx and shp files). These are can be readily viewed in ArcInfo Explorer.

Does anybody have any experience importing these to either a dwg or dgn? Tried LDD2004 and MS V8...can't figure it out...(I'm really not the sharpest knife in the drawer). Any help would be appreciated.

That GIS Pro, that was with the City of Lawton, may have some info, if he hasn't forgotten, or maybe that was ACad Map.

I don't know about ArcExplorer, but in ArcMap10 I can export to dwg.
Send me the files and I'll see what I can do.

Which version of AutoCAD are you using?

If you have Map then you should be able to import the shp files to a drawing. Try the MAPIMPORT command.
