Started Google Earth Pro and damn... no parcel layer; no search by APN.
Rumor that ESRI has/will have, a similar service.

The Esri solution is called ArcGIS Earth. Here's blog article about it.

In the comments someone asked about the availability of a parcel layer:

[INDENT=1]ttompki says: Will there be a parcel layer much like Google Earth Pro had? I know Google is dropping this functionality at the end of January and many, many users are looking for an alternative.

Chris Andrews says:
We are exploring different options for bringing in data, with many paths pointing to curated content in the Living Atlas or community content in the Open Data portal. It would probably be more likely that we will work with a partner to cover a parcel layer. Thanks for the suggestion!

Chris Andrews is the product manager.

From what I've heard, this is the first release which, in many ways, has a small subset of features that was available in Google Earth Pro.

I tried a GE street level view last week in an area I've done one before and it would not load.

Some of the clearcut areas look wide open from above on pics taken during the winter and when viewed from street level the vegetation will already be over head high.

Oh well, knew it would not be free forever.

Google maps still have parcel layers for my county in their app. I used it today in fact while searching for corners on a timber tract that was impossible to pace.
