Sad, all the Mentors who can remember how to do all related survey mathmatics long hand are disapearing quickly, and they take their investigation of corners methodology with them. 🙁

Thanks Peter. I knew Jaz well. He was a professor at the University of Alaska Geomatics program for nine years, and was in Alaska a few years after that gig. Brilliant man, and a lot of fun too. He would get so enthused showing you the math behind the scenes.

I knew he was from Alaska, but did not know his history there.
He was a natural teacher, and always positive about everything.
