Small unmanned aircraft may not operate over any persons not directly participating in the operation, not under a covered structure, and not inside a covered stationary vehicle.

Apparently you're good to go if you're operating inside a covered moving vehicle :-S

And we just got our 333 exemption yesterday! I have to read the part 107 document to see exactly what has changed. I do see that there is a new category called Remote Pilot, which will require some kind of certification, but not as much as private pilot.

BTW...those proposed rules take affect in 60 days (if not changed in the meantime).
