Drink plenty of water every day and you will be less likely to need the other info.

I once heard the advice that if you aren't annoyed by the number of bathroom trips then you aren't drinking enough water. A better test is that urine should be very pale color.

My doctor has been encouraging me to drink more water, which I am trying to do. I kinda hope coffee counts towards that goal though I drink less now than I used to.

And yes, having to get up two or more times during the night is rather annoying.

I was told by a mother that her kidney stone was the worst pain she ever felt. My wife adamantly disagrees but she's never had a kidney stone.

The key is to stop/reduce drinking milk. The kidney stone is a calcium build-up, and as much as holy cow may disagree, cow's milk is bad news

That's not the expert advice. See

Note that none of the three links address kidney stones.

The first two articles suggest moderation, which is a good idea on most topics. The Forbes article also gives possible counter arguments why the Swedish study shouldn't necessarily be taken at face value.

Dads largest one was 7.5 mm, he has had three larger than that but had to have them busted.

Holy Cow, 7.5 mm dear Lord you know that is larger than a popular deer rifle. 7mm is yuge! I was wimpering and crying and moaning and using all kinds of expletives for my 3.8mm one.

He tried passing a 8.5mm one but when the stone dropped out of his kidney it blocked the entire tube and have to have it busted twice.

We refer to milk as "the nectar FROM the gods".

Steve, you know how hearing someone yawn gets contagious? I really don't know how many I've passed, but its more than 5. It'll be six pretty soon

Can't say ticks don't like me. Mosquitoes love me. so do chiggers. Otherwise, not doing too bad.
