My Sister had both done at the same time with absolutely no regrets. She always recommends to get the knee bending machine to take home for a week.

Just follow the Doctor's orders...he has prescribed the meds you need...just go with the flow...solving and therapy can wait till Wed. or Thurs....enjoy the time off...

Good luck. I have an appointment in two weeks to get my knee replacement surgery scheduled. There's about a 6 to 8 week waiting list for surgery here abouts.
