AIr temp was 20^f and water temp was 33^. Submersion was less than a minute in +/-8" of water.

Hopefully, my droid recovers.

In the healing room now.

That's not so bad. At least you didn't drop it in a concrete pour...

I was hiking up north recently and dropped my htc phone in the snow. Thought it was lost for good. Almost a week later, a mountain guide from the area found it and called me. Shipped it home and still working after a week in the snow. I dont have a case on it either. Was pretty happy.

Early last night, my iphone escaped with minor injuries after a series of jolts when it flew off the bed rails of my truck going 45 MPH...onto the pavement.

Luckly there was no loss of consciousness and a hurried call for emergency location assistance resulted in a speedy rescue.

The iphone is expected to fully recover once the Otter Box is repaired.

iCloud is great.

Just happened to me and I put it in instant potato flakes. It would turn on but was not stable.

You didn't add enough gravy.

I used dehydrated hashbrowns for my old motorola Razar, and left it for a week.....

Worked amazingly well....

After which, I made scrambled eggs, and sausage gravy... and it was good....
praise be! 🙂
