Well it turns out there is a new "frontier" in Decentraland. MetaLots are going for tens of thousands of dollars.

Never mind the songs. Somebody's going to get rich staking out and preparing permit plans for the construction on those MetaLots. How does one get an imaginary PLS license in Decentraland, anyway? I wonder if they have MetaWetlands, or MetaBrownfields to deal with? Is their sewer all centralized in Decentraland, or will they need individual MetaSepticsystems designed? Is F.E.M.A. going to issue MetaFloodinsuranceratemaps for this area?
