She stayed on with us when Youngest headed off to college. Sheƒ??d been not doing so good -so weƒ??d been doing some vetting with her- sheƒ??d rallied some but a couple weeks ago she turned worse and when we came home for church on Sunday morning, sheƒ??d passed away in my recliner.?ÿ

sniff...your story touched my heart.

We had a Border Collie named Sissy that stayed with us a good long time.?ÿ I still have 'the' recliner and think about her every time I sit down.

I would have to dispose of the recliner. ?ÿI know, I'm weird that way. Actually, that would not happen here. No animals in the house.......ever.

Condolences.

But you might want to add K9 to the stone to avoid someone getting overexcited in the future.

Very sad, dogs become part of the family.

Some companions can never be forgotten.

Some you wish you could.

Still hard to lose a friend. Best wishes at this time.
