Any medications one takes

Should be discussed with ones doctor. That being said, baby aspirin is on the low scale for severe risk. But always, always discuss w/dr.

High blood pressure has it's advantages though. Go to the E.R. with 225/100 and you get right in. Didn't even have time to go take a wizz. I wouldn't recommend it though. Bad for the brain. Been a year and a half and still haven't got back to full song yet. Never will be same but getting near.

Easy...

Low sugar and fat diet. Lots of veggies, control your carb intake and make sure your meats are lean. Watch your salt and don't eat after 6 P.M. Drink more water than you care to.

You can still eat your fill, it's just not the typical American diet of prepared 'greasy sodium bombs' fast food. Started in July of '12 and have lost almost 50 pounds.

I may be able to get back into my pep club dress this summer! B-)

Lower your BP

This seems counterproductive to me. I want to know what my BP is under normal conditions, not while I am meditating or relaxing...
