Hey guys... Sorry i have not been around much!! I have been extremely busy with almost back to back dying patients. They have all passed away, but...I wanted to share a story with you regarding what we did on Monday for one of my patients. Rarely can I do this due to privacy issues, but this time I have official permission!! ????
A younger patient of mine was dying quickly, loved Mustangs, and hadn't seen any in YEARS.
My patient was wheeled outside, saw the Mustangs AND his favorite nurses, caregivers and our drivers lined up for him, and lit up with the biggest smile!!! His dad hadn't seen that smile in 20+years!!
(Yoshi = Wendells Green Mustang)
Patient was in tears that all of those Mustangs showed up just for him! (So were the rest of us.)
Above and beyond the call of duty!
Neat.
I was expecting this.

Hey, President's get a riderless horse, don't they.?ÿ I remember seeing Kennedy's in 1963.
@holy-cow I kinda thought that... and had we had the horse version of Mustangs, or the P-51 versions, they would have been there. ????
You "Done Good" Angel.
Yes, you definitely done good, Angel.
One should lead their life such, that at their funeral, there are more mourners than cheerleaders celebrating one's departure.
