The new site is great. Your hard work is very appreciated. Thank you for all you do for this community!
If it's a matter of $$$ to be able to view threads like the old site, just tell me how much.

Think of a BIG number. BIG.
Your time is very valuable.
Also, the grief Factor too.

Aloha, HC:
This is a test to see if this post follows your post or goes to the bottom. I am replying to you in this case. 🙂
Edit: Nope it when to the bottom of thread...@Wendell is this some sore preference I need to setup? Thanks

Fell all the way to the bottom as I see it.
My biggest concern is for Wendell's Donkey. He looks like he is trying to pull a load, that is too heavy! (Look at his avatar!) Other than that, all is well. Maybe Wendell is trying to tell us all something. Like it's a big job he's trying to pull off! O well, that's be most intellectual comment I can develop!!
Wendell and company,
thanks again for doing what you do. many of us are averse to change, whether it be for better or worse. it will take some getting used to, but generally this looks like a worthwhile format.
i want to take this opportunity to thank you for making a change that i had requested a couple years ago: on the larger entries (when someone has line after line and a lot of content), i had asked that you identify the user at the bottom. the idea was that i could maintain my thoughts, attribute them to a user, and keep on reading the next entry. you have now done that, and i am grateful. this is especially handy on the entries that are technical in nature and contain just so very much dialog.
your collective noble efforts do not go unnoticed (i don't generally care for double negatives, but in this case, it looks right)
The new site is awesome. No complaints at all. However, since I love the "recent posts" button, is there a way for the user to select how many recent posts threads can be viewed on one page, i.e. select 20, 50, 100? Since the life span of a thread is about 24 to 48 hours, it may keep one that is of interest handy. However, if it's real popular, following it is no issue.
Just a thought.
Use the New Posts button instead. Then if you are keeping up the list will be shorter when you refresh.
I would prefer not to have posts broken up into pages.
This new software is a big improvement on my iPad. The old one wasn't very mobile happy.

Bill, my point was I wanted it longer. 🙂

I don't mind the pages, but being able to set the number I see would be the only improvement I could think of after using this for about a week. I find I'm spending more time here because it runs so much smoother than I did at the other version.

I'm spending more time here as well. It's smoother, as you say, and much faster.
Don
With New Posts, the list will be shorter because you only see the ones you haven't read yet. Then you don't need a longer page.
