There was a bug with the year value that was not modified with midnight observations Greenwich time; I calculated the new year offsets up to the leap year 2020; I added a preview for the .obs files: marker name, receiver, antenna & antenna height are displayed when you open the files.

I noticed on some recent files that it will only process files with extension in lowercase. So eventually you have to change .11O - .11N in .11o and .11n (I'll fix this in the program later)
If you have files that won't process you can sent them to my email, We'll have a look at them and see how to find a solution.
