Just a friendly reminder that forum notification emails are just that: notification emails. Replying to them will have no effect and will not post your reply message to the forum.

Notification emails do contain a link back to thread, where you can reply normally.

Just wanted to let you know so you aren't wasting your time replying to notification emails that go into a black hole.

🙂

I'm not sure if it does this already, but you could have the emails kicked back to the sender with a rejection notice.

As surveyors forum you probably meant refraction, right? Spell checker messes you up every time!

What would cause notification emails to never arrive even though the box is checked to receive them when posting? Maybe I ought to check my gmail spam or junk folder?
Check the box on this one 😉

Could be a spam or other issue. We do have some problems with emails going out occasionally but hoping to have a fix for that (and other issues) soon.

Wendell, you guys and this site simply is beyond incredible. As surveyors, we're allegedly a bit more advanced in the technology learning curve. At least in terms of what we know and want to learn more about.

No need to baby sit the few.

Thanks for everything you've accomplished and provided our profession with yet another awesome tool to learn even more.
