Just wanted to stop in and say hello. I am a Project Coordinator for SAM in Denver, CO. I am but only a lowly CST, but I've got 20+ years in the Civil Design & Survey world. Most recently, I was the sole surveyor and CAD Operator for the owner, construction manager, and designer on site for the largest earth dam built in the US in the last 30 years and the US's first large scale asphalt core dam. At our peak, we were also the largest mining operation in the State of Colorado as we had our own quarry on site. I've worked underground as a surveyor at a coal mine, and on the surface of a strip coal mine as well. Commercial staking, boundary survey you name it. Lots of experience in a lot of different areas. Student of many, expert of none. lol.
