Hydrometrist delving deeper into surveying

Hi all,

I??m a hydrologist working in Sweden collecting mostly bathymetric data with acoustic doppler current profilers.?ÿ

Theres a recent surge in the need for accurate positioning so we are working a lot with RTK gps together with various bathymetric instruments as well as drones. Doing some online research I encountered this forum which seems active and knowledgeable and I feel I want to participate.

Current issues is getting the correct projection and geoid model output from the serial port of a trimble R8 as well as interfacing with a hydrographic software called Hypack.?ÿ
