Long time lurker, first time poster. Working solo means my wife hears more about surveying than she cares to. Time to branch out and make some new friends. Hope to contribute where I can. Thanks.?ÿ

I too am long time "lurker" and "first time poster" ... Also solo practice ...?ÿ however my wife is a real estate paralegal and can tolerate most of my discussions, to a point. After 48 years practicing mostly in Fla and Al but now new to but Tennessee. Working to get Registered here ... taken fundamentals and principles and practice but need "local exam" in TN ...?ÿ been 30 years since I took a board exam. Asking some of the locals for help with what to study for state portion of the exam. ?ÿIn any event nice to meet you and best wishes.
