I am treading into unfamiliar territory. I know. But my mentor once told me to never fear treading into unfamiliar territory.

So why does an electronic engineer and programmer tread into the unfamiliar territory of surveying? Because I am interested in using surveying data in a real-life unique application. What data, I still need to find out. Whether this application is a unique one, I hope to get an answer soon.

Will share my application soon ...... and hope to get a lot of advice, guidance, wisdom, insight and inspiration from the SurveyorConnect community.

Autumn has arrived officially in South Africa. I love autumn.

Till ........ soon.

Regards

Gys

Welcome. We all have many things to learn yet in life. Most we don't know about today.

Ask away. You will get many great responses. There will be plenty of other contributors with decent responses. And a few of us who still don't know why we do what we do after decades of doing it.

There are no dumb questions. An occasional response may be dumb, but that's what keeps this place so entertaining.
