> I only post what God tells me to post.
I know, right?
Me too.
And then I get banned.
(Did I mention that I'd been banned, but now I'm back? Did you know that?)
Just messing:-)
I hardly ever post to P & R anymore, and now that nobody ever wants to talk about straddling the tripod and other REAL surveying issues, there's just not that much to talk about.
Don
How about curved East - West section center lines?
Pretty cheap entertainment...
...but you DO tend to get what you pay for:-(
The REAL question is...
> Why do so many of us post but never read?
LOL. You beat me to that obvious question. +1
I read to learn. I post to learn. I contribute when I am knowledgeable of the subject matter. I sometimes hold back because the posts go off subject very quickly sometimes. I contribute as often as my skill set allows me to speak intelligently about any given subject. If you want to know about western KY surveying, I am gonna chime in. I was taught to be aware of my audience, speak factually, and to leave my opinions out. My 0.04' any questions?B-)

Maybe two or three "new" voices were heard. About 40 of us who comment regularly did so. Typical.
And what's with the category change? I thought only registered participants got to see "site issues". The intent of the thread was to reach out to the silent majority, the unregistered visitors.
