I cannot sign into this site when I come to the homepage and use the log-in.

I have to go into the forum and make like I'm going to post something, at which time, I am again asked for my username and password . . . which then does work.

Anyone know of a workaround?

I don't think you need to log into the surveyorconnect home page. Just go straight to the forum.

An odd thing for me is if I am using explorer as my browser, it remembers my login info and I stayed logged in as long as explorer is open. If I'm in firefox, I always have to log in. If I'm not active for an hour or so (actually working), it makes me log in again.

I'm sure it's a setting on my part, but is annoying. Plus I can't find how to change it in firefox.

Same happens to me, unless I click the box next to 'Log me in automatically on this computer', then I am good to go for hours.

The first time I logged into this site I saved it in my bookmarks with firefox and also have it as my homepage

All I have to do is to open it from the bookmark or goto home and I am already signed in

dunno why 😉

That is no longer working for me. Something about the newest version of Firefox and 7 doesn't like automatic logins.

:bad:

I am running Win7-64 with the latest version of Firefox with no issues.

Look at your privacy settings. If you have private browsing enabled or have cookies disabled I believe it messes with the website's ability to automatically log you in.

Yes. Because we are attending the PLSO Conference, for which the Volcanoes have helped us in terms of support, so we are giving back in return for 30 days. Also, since Portland is the #2 most popular city here, it actually makes sense.
