Maybe in some minds but I did not know that the Constitution was political, I thought it was legal, hence the category. The questions were not political either, they were about legal rights and the people allowing illegal searches of their person. So be it.

Well, Jud, you dummy, the CONSTITUTION, is NO LONGER LEGAL. So, shut up!

It is a POLITICAL TOOL. Only to be used to shuck your agenda through, and to IGNORE the parts like ONLY gold and precious metals are legal tender, and like what part of the 2nd amendment would you like me to shoot you with? (O, just the meaningless paper part, NEVER practice it!)
🙂

The Legal Issues category is intended to be for surveying-related legal issues. 🙂

I had to go look and see what the topic of the thread was that I'd missed. Yes, I'd definitely agree that is a perfect subject for Politics/Religion.

Kent is right. It always descends into P&R.
