Letter of Complaint to the Administrator of “Beerleg”

Dear Mr. Harness,
I’m not sure if you are aware of a rather nefarious character lurking on your site. This person has caused me a lot of grief lately and I would ask that you permanently ban him (if possible).

I’m sure you are aware, by my posting a few weeks ago, that I decided to sell all my equipment and retire from Land Surveying due to lack of work. I believe this individual to be involved with a phone call to me this morning from a client. The client gave me the go ahead on a $75,000 project. Of course I can’t do the work for him because I have sold my equipment to another fellow poster (for which I was thankful for the sale). I believe he knew of the sale and had contacted my client to persuade him to give me the notice to proceed only after the equipment sold. My client has informed me that he will hire my former employer to do the work and noted timing as the reason.

The individual I’m speaking of cannot be found in the roster of registered posters. I believe he continues to lurk for the sole purpose of harassing me.

He appears to be a very intelligent person and always one step ahead. I know very little of him except that he has penned his own book, a book on Law. As many here know, Mr. Black has also penned a book and is up to the 6th edition (perhaps 7th). I am not aware of other editions Mr. Murphy has penned, which leads me to believe he must have a crystal ball.

Please beware of this situation and ready to act in the event he decides I’m no longer of interest to harass and turns his attention to other posters. If he is caught, rather than banned, feel free to forward his location by email….I will be more than happy to flog him to insure other folks will not be affected in the future.
