No, this not asking for advice on constipation. With that clear, sometimes my connection (just to this site) will disconnect/logout. When I try logging back in I get an error, "Security FireWall is activated for your IP..." I checked with our IT and they say it's nothing we have implemented. Then later on, I'll be able to log in fine.

Yes, there's something funky going on with our firewall. We're working on a fix. See: https://rpls.com/groups/site-issues/forum/discussion/test-4/
For now, I have whitelisted your IP address in hopes that it cures the issue while we work on the real problem.

FWIW, if you need advice regarding constipation, it would be more appropriate if you posted it in the Chit Chat forum. 😉 😅
