I submitted one about a week ago, and got a response email. I went to the Portal area to check on it, and to see what other requests have been made but there are none visible. I tried all of the tabs for open, closed, pending etc. but no joy.

Am I the only one with this problem?

Not sure whats going on but your webmaster has been sicker than a dog today and in bed most of the time except for when I made supper. I'm sure he will be on here bright and early in the AM to answer you guys. 🙂

Tomorrow I am making him a pot roast. Maybe that will get him feeling better!!! 😉

One Pot Roast isn't going to be enough. Try one of these instead.

Angel steady on ......Re your dutch oven....

it is a "game" in which one person traps another under a doona after a pungent rectal emission in order to "share" the odour.

I still see all of them. Are you looking at the "all open" tab?

Nada.

I go to the Portal tab, then click on the My Support Tickets option. It opens an area called Steve Boon's support tickets with nothing in it. I've tried all of the tabs for open, closed, all, active etc but nothing seems to work. I also tried creating a new ticket called Test but it doesn't show either.

I suppose another Support Ticket on this topic would be pointless - but I suppose that I could cut and paste this if you want 🙂

That is really odd and I'm not even sure how to respond or tell you how to fix it. I just tested by logging in with a test user with standard permissions (no admin or moderator access of any kind) and see this:

The only thing I can think of is to maybe clear your cookies and/or cache?

Similar but not quite the same. I've deleted cookies and cleared the cache as suggested. This is on Firefox 4.0.1

I think I see what's going on... you are going to your "assigned" support tickets, which means that you would be the one fixing them. I think it's the "My Support Tickets" link on the Portal's right column menu that is causing the confusion. I'll see what I can do to change that. To view the tickets you've submitted, you want to go here: https://surveyorconnect.com/portal/support/user/406

It looks like you've fixed it. I now see my own ticket but the tabs have disappeared. Thanks.

Angels Pot Roast (Pics)

Ok...here's the pics from tonight's pot roast dinner that I made for the sick man. I turned the leftovers into a beef vegetable soup. I'll add some barley to it tomorrow. 🙂

Roast cooking in a special sauce after being browned on both sides in olive oil.

The finished product!!

Of course we had to have some wine with it... :drink:

Even the ratties get a piece of the meal... 🙂

Well, if you go to the main Support Tickets page (in the Help menu), you'll see all tickets and tabs.
