I believe I have solved the mystery of the missing reply button. 🙂
Thanks Wendell,
I've got firefox on this computer and IE6 on another which I'll be able to check out later this week.

heh, yeah, that's what I call it. 😉
Dumbing this down for the internet-no-sabe, when I was having trouble logging in to this site with IE, but not with Firefox, I tried to check what IE I had and I couldn't tell. Duh, I know.
Help, About works, even on IE6.
If you haven't already, I would suggest upgrading to IE7 at least, or IE8. There's too many unfixed security risks with IE6.

The ONLY reason I keep IE on my machines is because part of it is tied to keeping Windows running at least semi-properly. If I was a good enough programmer to figure a reliable work around IE, it would be gone.

Well, I have IE too and don't want to get rid of it. But I do want to use the latest version and IE6 needs to be put out to pasture. IE8 is actually a very nice browser and much more secure than previous versions.
However, some companies still haven't upgraded their systems and so their employees are all stuck with IE6.
