Hey Wendell,
Just found the co-branded forum @ PLSO.org. Looks good! It is now my place to visit for beer-leg/surveyor connect and now Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon.

You should also put the forum tab on all the inside pages so we can go back and forth without having to go back to the home page.

Joe/Wendell
When I go to the PLSO web page I don't see anything about co-branding. Everything looks like it always has.

On the PLSO home page there are a series of tabs along the top. There is a tab there that says Forum.

Ok, now I see it. Apparently the co-branded version of Beer-leg doesn't cover the "General Non-Surveying" catagory because I don't see this thread displayed there even though I have it set to all catagories.

I changed the DNS for the Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon (PLSO) web page from our current ISP to Wendell's server Tuesday evening. Shortly later, he told me that the transfer had been made and his server was "live". By 10:30pm, he had fixed a couple of small glitches I had found with access to password protected areas and everything was operating properly as far as I could see.

Wendell visited the PLSO office Wednesday morning and made a few changes to their email account settings so that the @plso.org addresses would work properly with his server.

Our private email lists (general, board, and several committees) were a benefit of our previous ISP and are now non-operational, but Wendell will be working to get new lists or a suitable replacement.

I'm happy with the changes. After 14 years of running the PLSO web page, I was ready to have someone else take over. Wendell and his partner David Sousa provided the opportunity at just the right time.

PLSO Webmaster (retired) 🙂
