No. I could understand if it were relatively harmless, but if you are making political statements, especially by just putting text in an image and using it as your avatar, then yeah, you obviously don't care about rules and like to push buttons.

You may remember my fence analogy in another thread. Total lack of respect for this board and the people who visit it.

Wendell, you need to unbutton that top button on your shirt. Makes ya look all nerdy and everything. 😉

Oh right, I forgot, it's not tough or manly to be considerate.

What does tough or manly have to do with anything? Are you referring to my handle? Cause I've had people think it refers to an actual "gunman".

I'm just sick of the petty bickering about stupid stuff. Let it go.

If only we could all find something to complain about...wait....we already know what that would be like.

Don't worry, your site is not the only one with "issues". I think this is a fairly common thing these days. It will pass as soon as people quit pushing buttons and complaining, which will happen when things get better in the employment aspect.

I don't know for sure...

...but I don't think this is how Wendell wants these problems reported. As it tends to only throw gasoline on the fire.

I am pretty sure a simple e-mail to the forum administrator (click the About tab, click contact us,...etc)that contains a cut and paste of the offending material would suffice.

The starting of new threads for us to bicker and fight over is probably driving Wendell crazy.

I am not trying to single anyone out here, just trying to make a suggestion.

🙂

You hit the nail on the head.

The same way that I can't always catch offensive posts and remove them, I don't always see reports here. I try, but the contact form (i.e. email) is the best method.

Thank you for pointing that out, Tim.

I don't know for sure...

I'm still learning.

I'm guilty of openly complaining about posts I find offensive, which just leads to more fighting with other members.

I'll try to do the right thing next time.

Another thing that would be nice Tim is if you could please refrain from emailing me via surveyconnect about "Grunter" and "You need all the help that you can get! Wuuuuuuhahahahahahahahahaha."

I would sure appreciate it.

I don't know for sure...

I really hope that you're using that "permanent ban" option you promised. I know that I haven't been an angel in the P&R category, but when it's off, it's off for a reason. It shows a complete lack of respect to you and the other users to behave this way.

Uh Beer...

Maybe you should look in the mirror before you make anymore comments about other people.

Just saying.

I don't know for sure...

A lot of us are guilty of pushing the limits every now and then.

Unfortunately, some still do not recognize that they are part of the problem.
