How do I change that silly green avatar in the upper right corner to match my fantastic cool avatar that I have chosen?

Not exactly sure if this is the answer here, the folks at?ÿGravatar have a "global" avatar that follows you across the internet, if you're interested in rocking that cool avatar everywhere. It works with wordpress and is present here.

Yeah, sorry I didn't report back sooner. We were having trouble getting the avatars to sync throughout the site, but that has been resolved.
