The FAA maintains a WAAS performance web page that shows a number of different parameters, including PDOP, WAAS accuracy, outages, etc. A lot of it is real time data. Since they are monitoring the system to issue RAIM alerts (alerts about degraded accuracy), this could be a good place to look if you suspect a problem with any of the satellites. The planes I fly have built in GNSS (i.e. panel mount). I can only recall one time where I got a RAIM alert, telling me the accuracy was degraded due to a SV outage.
Since occasionally the issue of WAAS accuracy, etc comes up, I though this might be of interest to some.
