With known highway GPS control points and OPUS solution I have a problem with my controller's LAT & LONG not agreeing with the SPC

Carlson Survey and Corpscon both agree with OPUS and highway GPS control point

Here is an OPUS solution
NORTHING 586362.827
EASTING 1840312.940

Here it is keyed in my controller. Notice the LAT and LONG

Here is my projection settings.

Any explanation?

See if there is an option that doesn't have the (2011). If Spectra works the same way as Trimble (I think it does) the (2011) option expects global values to be ITRF not NAD83.

I'm not sure what is messing up your vertical, though. In my neck of the woods using the (2011) will only mess up height/elevation by about a meter. I know it changes in different places, but I didn't think it had that large of a difference anywhere.

Select US State Plane NAD 83, without the (2011). That should correct it.
