How has the transition to the new RTN gone?

Changing our units to the New England region was pretty easy, and they're working great in Maine and Mass.
We've got some crews in Texas right now, where we've always used base/rover setups in the past. We're hoping to be able to use Smartnet there too. In talks with MTS right now to see if it'll happen.
