Since following the thread on the new Emlid GNSS receiver I've had a banner ad appearing on my home page from Swift Navigation advertising various products. Their Piksi Multi seems to have nearly the same stats as Emlid at an even lower price. Currently?ÿ a pair will set you back about $2300 and is sold as an evaluation kit. I imagine they are looking for some Beta testers before introducing a more refined version. The LoRa radio is rated at 15km, which is further than the Emlid range, but that may be just a marketing tool, like CAFE standards for vehicles. The only things that seem to be missing is an enclosure for the board and data collection ability.
Just wondering if any of you guys have taken up on this item ( or the Emlid RS2 for that matter).
